I am capable of creating a broad variety of cake and cupcake flavours and fillings, below are the main ones I do.

Cake flavours

Vanilla Bean – using Madagascan Vanilla Paste

Fresh Lemon – using the rind and zest of fresh Sicilian lemons

Chocolate Mud – probably the best rich chocolate mud cake in the world!

Carrot – Spiced and flavoured to perfection, packed full of carrots yet still light!

Red Velvet – A classic touch of red

Coffee – Using on the finest freshly ground beans and espresso coffee – no instant coffee in these cakes!

Almond – The extract of almonds give a Bakewell feel to this cake!

100 Year Old Fruit Cake Recipe – this recipe has been handed down through the generations of my family, packed full of plump fruits and a few secret ingredients!

Cake fillings

At Cakes Glorious Cakes, I mainly only use Swiss Meringue Buttercream, with a light, velvety mousse with a taste that beats regular buttercream for that taste of luxury, but this is flexible.
